Terms Of Service
By applying for a commission you automatically agree to the following.- All commissions are for personal or private use only, meaning you are not allowed to use the art for any commercial purposes or profit.- I maintain all rights to the art, meaning I can post it on my socials, include it in portfolios, and/or stream the process on my Twitch channel, unless the commissioner says otherwise.- No one, including the commissioner, is allowed to claim the art as their own, or remove my watermark. You are welcome to tag any of my socials if you decide to post the art anywhere. You are also welcome to use it as a profile picture, banner, stream background, wallpaper, etc. but I appreciate credit if you do so!- You will be required to send a description and any reference images you have of what you want drawn. *Complex Character design - Price will vary depending on the amount of detail and difficulty of the design. (e.g. ornate details, complex props, extra limbs such as wings or tails, etc.)*Detailed background - Price will vary depending on the amount of detail. (e.g. Complex lighting, ornate furniture or surroundings, multiple props, etc.)*Copyright - If you plan to use the art for any commercial purposes, that you may earn a profit from, you must tell me before hand. (e.g. merch, prints, books, NFTs, etc.) All commissions are strictly for personal use unless you have paid for the rights and have my written permission to do so.*Animation - Prices will vary depending on complexity, and my ability to animate! I'm not very confident doing complex animations yet, so please tell me what you'd like and we can talk about pricing.If you're unsure if your design or background is complex please ask and I will let you know!
Payment
All commissions are non-refundable, and I require payment after the sketch has been approved. I only take payment through Paypal in USD (United States Dollar), or alternatively, through my Ko-Fi.Let me know if you need a quote in a different currency or use your browser to convert it!If I cannot finish the commission for any reason, we can discuss a refund or extension date depending on the situation.
Procedure
My commission slots are first come first serve. If there's currently no slots free when you message me, you will be added to the queue, and I will message you when it is your turn!Commissions can take anywhere from 2 - 5+ weeks and times can vary depending on how busy I am.If you need the art finished by a certain date, please let me know before hand!You are welcome to ask for updates anytime after the sketch, and I will regularly send you updates of the drawing at different stages to ask your opinion. I want to work with you to make an end result that you'll enjoy, so please don't be afraid to tell me what to add or change! Though I do request you ask for changes before I start the rendering process as it's very difficult for me to change things that aren't color related after that.Note that unless you specifically ask me not to, your art may be worked on during my streams, or shown on my socials. If you do happen to show up while I'm streaming, feel free to give me your opinion!
